Title page: Includes a unique title, student’s name, teacher’s name, and date. ( *5 points )

Lab Sheet (Project Proposal): Includes problem, purpose and materials. ( *10 points )

Research: At least two resources must be consulted to provide evidence supporting project. ( * 20 points )

Hypothesis: (Prediction ) Clearly state what you think will happen and why. ( * 10 points )

Log: Contains evidence of daily entries and accurate record of data and observations. ( * 20 points )

Conclusion: Explanation of results based on observations and data. ( * 10 points )

Summary: Incorporates research to support findings. ( * 10 points )

Bibliography ( * 5 points )
