5th & 6th Grade

Cover or Title Page

Your title should be creative (In the form of a question) and give an indication of what your project is about.

Written Report

Summary/Abstract: Explains the purpose, procedure, and conclusion of your project.

Introduction: State what your project attempted to prove. This is your hypothesis with a little added information !! Incorporate any background information from other sources.

Explanation: Include the steps you followed in your experiment. Describe the changes you made.

Results: Simply present your data in graphs, tables or diagrams. Do Not Explain!!

Conclusion: Here is where you explain everything in detail. Explain, Interpret and Evaluate. Mention failures, offer suggestions. This is your opportunity to show what you know!!!

Bibliography: At least 2 sources.
